Pompeo Defends Hard-Working Americans from Raj Goyle’s Most Recent Attack
WICHITA, KS – Raj Goyle, trailing badly in the polls, has launched another negative attack against businessman Mike Pompeo, Kansas entrepreneurs and the hard-working people that keep small businesses open and Kansans employed.
Goyle’s latest advertisement seeks to dredge-up a fully satisfied 2002 claim of $570.16 in the state of Georgia. Even more bizarre is Goyle’s assertion that Pompeo is responsible for past due property taxes owed by a company. Pompeo was one of numerous minority investors in Sunflower Wind, LLC and had no leadership role in the company.
Pompeo’s spokesman Josh Wells noted that Goyle’s continued pounding on risk-takers and entrepreneurs is an egregious attack on the U.S. economic engine.
“Raj Goyle’s anti-business mindset is equaled only by that of President Obama – the President he worked so hard to get elected and the President who has destroyed over 2,000,000 jobs in just 18 months,” said Wells. “The hard-working people who own dry cleaners, small restaurants and the other thousands of small businesses here in South Central Kansas, have had enough of politicians who have neither worked a day in their lives in a private company nor risked a penny of their own money.”
“Raj Goyle has spent this entire campaign tearing down entrepreneurs and risk takers who are currently employing thousands of people all across Kansas. Raj Goyle has chosen, instead, to spend his entire adult life feasting off taxpayers and the charity of contributors to left-wing organizations like the ACLU and the Center for American Progress,” Wells added.
Wells said Goyle does not have the right experience to represent the 4thDistrict in Congress.
“We don’t need a community organizer as our next Congressman. We don’t need someone who clearly has no respect for small business owners and their hard working employees. Raj Goyle is mocking risk takers and hard-working Kansans. He is comfortable insulting proud employees who work hard everyday to overcome the wealth redistribution and economic liberalism of Barack Obama and his followers. We cannot let him near taxpayer money.”
