Rep. Marc Rhoades (R-72) says Pompeo is the best candidate in the 4th District race
NEWTON, KS – Kansas House Representative Marc Rhoades (R-72) has endorsed Mike Pompeo in the 4th District Congressional race.
“Mike is an intelligent, hard-working Kansan who understands business issues critical to economic growth in the 4th District,” Rhoades said. “His knowledge of the relationship between the private sector, limited government and fiscal responsibility – as well as his military service to our country – makes him a well-defined candidate who will bring conservative Kansas values and leadership to Washington.”
Rhoades has served in the Kansas House since 2007.
“Marc and I share the same belief that the federal government should have a limited role in our lives,” commented Pompeo. “The out of control spending in Washington is alarming. If we don’t take a stand against corporate bailouts and unfunded health care legislation, the economic conditions in the 4th District will continue to worsen and the unemployment rate will continue to rise.”
“I am humbled and honored to see many of our local community, business and government leaders take a stand with me against the insane spending habits of President Obama, Speaker Pelosi and their followers on Capitol Hill,” concluded Pompeo.
Rhoades joins other state, local and community leaders endorsing Pompeo For Congress:
